Urban Living

The Urban Living Division of Sloss Real Estate was organized in 2003 to focus on the opportunities to rebuild and revitalize the Center City of Birmingham. The core business of this division is to create residential real estate developments of lasting value to both the residents and the company by renovation, adaptive reuse, new construction, and effective property management. One of the first projects of the group is the twelve block, six hundred home, Park Place Development just east of the Tutwiler Hotel in the central business district.
