In 1997, Sloss Real Estate Group, Inc. acquired this 42,000 square foot warehouse building as the new site for Ferguson Enterprises. Formerly home to a moving company, the building was completely renovated to include a 4,000 square foot showroom, office space, and an exterior storage area.
