Considered part of Pepper Place, the Martin Biscuit Building is home to architectural firms, technology companies, shops, and restaurants.

The Martin Biscuit Company Building was purchased in 1998. This 56,000 square foot historic office/showroom/retail facility was renovated in 1999. The redesign was accomplished by HKW, with Chris Engel as the lead architect. Construction was completed in eleven months by Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. The building has won multiple awards for its design and construction.
