Arthur Crenshaw is a fourth-generation member of the Sloss Real Estate family. As Executive Vice President, he blends his love for craftsmanship with a thoughtful approach to real estate, shaping properties that foster connection and progress while preserving their unique character.

After attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, he pursued his passion for storytelling and filmmaking with his 2005 film, The Sandman’s Garden. This film earned critical acclaim and launched a career producing video content for nonprofit organizations and artists, helping them amplify their impact through powerful narratives. Eventually, he returned to Birmingham to join his mother, Cathy Sloss Jones, at the family business.

Arthur’s hands-on artistic nature drives both his professional and personal pursuits. A trained ceramicist and avid baker, he finds joy in creating with his hands, whether molding clay, crafting bread, or preparing meals for friends and family. These passions mirror his approach to real estate— refining and adapting spaces to meet the city’s evolving needs.

Deeply rooted in Birmingham’s history and committed to its future, Arthur is dedicated to fostering his family’s legacy of excellence by continuing to shape an authentic, sustainable, and more inclusive future for the community he loves.
