Bonita has something big in common with Sloss Real Estate: a deep love for Birmingham. She grew up “going downtown” with her parents via the 1st Avenue viaduct—passing Sloss Furnaces, shopping at Pizitz and Loveman’s, and visiting Vulcan and the zoo.

Professionally, she brings decades of administrative experience supporting legal, construction, and industrial firms. Her time in corporate philanthropy and event planning, work she especially loved, deepened her ties to the community and sharpened her ability to manage details. Helping Sloss in these areas has already had a significant impact!

The most rewarding moments in Bonita’s career have come from supporting organizations like The Exceptional Foundation, United Way of Central Alabama, YWCA, and Glenwood. Outside work, she’s active in her church, serving in the Ladies Ministry, quilting with Stitches of Grace, and rocking babies in the nursery. She and her husband Jamie adore being grandparents—“what happens at BeBe’s house, stays at BeBe’s house.”
